I ordered a side of black beans and rice a side of avocado ranch two soft tacos and a cheesy bean and rice burrito a side of nacho cheese and 4 mild sauces. Never ever in ordering beans and rice does it come with sour cream cheese and lettuce on it yuck the lettuce is soggy and wilted the sour cream took up most of the bowl so there is no beans and rice and the melted cheese okay that didn't hurt it that much. Avocado ranch is also not red. I was given the chipotle ranch instead. There were no napkins in my bag, which I know was a big No-No for doordash orders because I too work at a fast food restaurant and which everything is supposed to be included in the bag. Every time I get from this location if something's wrong. And although I'm not going to say I'm going to quit eating Taco Bell because well that'd be a lie, I think that employees should pay a little bit more attention to what they're doing. This would have been fine. I'll just get stuff with steak, no problem. Asked what was on the new grande stacker. Was informed that it had beef, nacho cheese and shredded cheese, but I'd just have to get it with steak. Great! One of those and two bean burritos add steak, no onions, no red sauce. My wife got other items. When I got to the window, I was given another customer's bag that had a dollop of sour cream on the side. They finally got it back from me and even though I pointed the mess out to them, and had already handled the bag, they gave it to the right customer.
