My family and I had an absolutely incredible experience at this new indoor trampoline park! This place is a paradise for adventure seekers of all ages. The moment we walked in, we were blown away by the massive 40,000 square feet space filled with endless excitement.

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE IS HORRIBLE‼️‼️READ THE REVIEWS ON GOOGLE BEFORE INVESTING IN THIS COMPANY!!

We had a family fun night there last night for our childcare center. We were given misinformation over the phone and upon arrival we asked for clarity, the Asian woman (management or owner) was very dismissive as she didn’t understand the confusion and continued to suggest that we wanted a deal which was NOT the case. What we wanted was them to honor what was provided over the phone or at the very least some kind of compensation for the confusion. Needless to say they weren’t willing to do neither while all our kiddos are impatiently waiting we just decided to move forward but letting them know in a professional way that this was not OK and we would be writing a review.

BECAUSE WE WANTED TO WRITE A REVIEW THEY KICKED US OUT😡‼️Not because we were screaming, yelling, or a threat in anyway but ONLY bc we were choosing to let OUR community know how poorly their customer service was‼️So we had to disappointingly gather all our kiddos and quickly come up with another plan. Keeping in mind some of our families do not drive and caught the bus 🚎 here. We carpooled over to Get Air Syracuse at Destiny USA and not only was welcomed with a smile 😊 but they treated us with the best customer service, the kiddos were happy as were all the parents and to my surprise the price was MUCH more reasonable 🤑!

As promised as we were rudely escorted out I will be certain to spread this message LOUD 🗣️so that EVERYONE is aware of what to expect when or if you’re planning...

They had my time messed up. I prebooked and paid for 4 hours for a party. They had us down for 4:45 when I booked from 2:45-6:45. So our room was booked, they had to give us a smaller room, then they didn't give the right amount of drinks and stuff that comes with the party package. The people next to us kids ran in the room and snatched all our drinks out the fridge we brought for the guest, and the place did not want to replace, we had to argue them down about it, almost got into it with the people next to us for being nasty about the drink situation. The pizza to feed the kids didn't come until an half hour before the party was supposed to be over, all kids are just hungry and waiting. Then the kids from the party next to us started trying to bully some of our kids after the altercation. And then they tried to charge me full price for extra kids that never came. Never again. Only positive was one Asian woman at the front desk who tried to help get us sorted after all the mishaps, she was helpful, whoever her boss was very snotty saying he doesn't give discounts, when all I wanted was to remove the extra 5 kids that I paid additional for to add on to the 20 kids birthday package as a precaution but didn't come. Why would I pay for kids that don't show up, and each additional is $25. I was fine paying the full package price for the 20 but definitely not the extra. Hopefully new management or something takes over and organization gets...
