University Hots — Restaurant in Town of Geneseo

Hit or miss, first time I had it I thought to myself wow, but the fun was short lived. My Last ... Ill say "encounter" with University Hots was so bad it was comical. First when i called noone seemed to know what they were doing. ( I should have hung up at this point ) after my order was made she hung up on me and shortly after that my phone rang. When i answer the gentalman ( i say that out of habit, it in no way is an accurate representation of his character ) anyway. He immediately asked for my card number without first stating who he was or what the call was about. ( very off putting ) after he unwillingly verified what order he was looking to charge me for. ( I felt it neccesary to check based of my previous experience ) i then read him my card number and experation date. No sooner did i say the year did he hangup. Jumping forward in time the delivery driver shows up as i observe him walking over he drops the bag with my food in it in the parking lot. After picking it up and closing the boxes he then brings me the food and never mentions a thing. Obviously no tip was given. So moving on to the best part. How messed up did the food get you may be wondering. And to be honest the condition of my food from the drop was the least of its troubles. As i opened the box to find the biggest piece of raw bacon I have ever seen outside of a butcher shop. And i dont mean just soft. I mean straight uncooked.

So if your looking to get a bite to eat and you've got a gambling problem or just want to live life on the edge. By all means risk it. But if you dont have time to waste and just want a quick meal you can count on. Maybe look else where.

Note to the owner/ the first time i had your food i loved it. But everytime sense then has been a complete waste of time and money.

Do Geneseo a big favor and get your staff in order. You guys could really be great and i would really like to have some amazing food from you guys again someday.

But what your serving up now is anything but amazing.

I would not have written such a lengthy review if i didnt sincerly wish you the best.

Sometimes you want delivery, but not the usual pizza or Chinese, and you don't want to deal with the gig delivery services and their fees. If you happen to be in these parts and are craving a burger, sandwich, hot dog, or a take on the locally famous "plates," University Hots has you covered. The food is good for college-friendly fare, and relatively inexpensive, and they employ their own delivery drivers and let you pay in cash when they arrive with your food. My burger was quite large and tasty, and the fries are a cut above other places I've eaten during this recent trip to New York to see family. Still hot and fresh, too, which is more than I can say for most Doordash-delivered food.

University Hots serves a market that honestly, I wish more communities had a similar restaurant to serve. Because sometimes you just want a burger, you want it delivered, but you don't want to deal with the likes of Doordash...

Online order holding the receipt and confirming what I have ordered and paid for. Called to see why it was wrong and things missing. Manager wouldn't give me his name said owner wea Steven. Called me a liar when I had two receipts from them and mine here. Said I was yelling changed his tune after he kept hanging up. I have lung cancer can't yell. He would not fix my order. Had to beg him to bring our drinks!!! Lost my business completely along with everyone where I live and the word will be spread daily!!!! Your food is substandard always cold and never ever correct. Tell Steven that when he hires children he will get a child's work!!!! Teach your employees how to read and to double check the orders!!!! Paethic in a place like Geneseo another places caters just to the college kids!!! But answer me this who keeps you in business when there not here??? Yup us locals and boy am I...
