Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Glenville

My daughter and I stopped yesterday for iced coffee. Only one person ahead of us in line. We thought she was being served by the girl behind the counter. 5 minutes went by and the girl behind the counter came over to take the order from the person ahead of us. After a couple more minutes a man came out from the back and took our order. Both my daughter and I asked for iced coffees with splenda...one with skim milk and one with cream. When the coffees were brought out you could see that they were both made with cream. My daughter asked that hers be remade with skim milk. He remade her coffee and we left. As we rode aeay...we both discovered that the coffees were made with sugar which had settled at the bottom of the cups, so each sip thru the straw we got a mouthful of gritty sugar. This is the first time that we've been displeased but for the cost of a large iced coffee, we should get ehat we asked for...especially when it's marked clearly on...

There is absolutely no sense of urgency at this location. I placed a mobile order for an iced chai latte and a donut. It took a full 40 minutes for me to receive my order, despite there being two people working on the floor in the front. And this was AFTER I asked them where my drink was - only then did they start making my drink, which took them an additional 10 minutes for a simple chai latte. If I had not asked where my drink was, who knows how long it would have taken to receive my order. This is a consistent issue that occurs almost every time I go to this location, regardless of whether I go inside, use drive thru or mobile order.

I will no longer be going to this Dunkin because it literally takes me less time to drive to another Dunkin that is 10+ miles away than to order from this one and wait 40 minutes for a...

The Dunkin Donuts on Mohawk Ave in Scotia, NY, is the worst. I stopped there, on my way to work at 8:50AM. I ordered an English Muffin/Turkey Sausage and Egg Sandwich, a Med. Coffee and 6 donuts. There was one man waiting for an order of a breakfast sandwich and one woman in the place. No one in front of me. The bathroom was out of order. The girl at the counter, took my order, and started to get my donuts, whole time talking, and proceeded to pick the wrong donuts. When I asked for the correct donuts, she was annoyed and switched them. Then the 2 people at the counter were gone, I assumed to get my sandwich and the guy’s sandwich that was still standing there.
