How can you not love Collins? My family and I always say “it’s always sunnier in Scotia” specifically because of Collins park. The splash pad is nice for littles, close to the bathrooms and to the parking lot. The playground, the courts and cycling pathway is always so clean and welcoming. Absolutely love that Jumpin Jacks is across the street because the best way to end our park trip is with a good burger, crunchy fries and the best soft serve ice cream.

Gorgeous park that has virtually everything: playground, splash pad, kayak launch, and even a mini arboretum. Plus, lots and lots of places to picnic, play baseball, tennis, basketball, or just sit and appreciate the beauty of this area by the river. Public restrooms are available. It's across the street from Jumpin Jack's Drive-In, so you don't need to go hungry either. That's also the place where I would park. Come visit - it's beautiful!

This park is located in Scotia across the street from both Jumping Jacks Drive In & Freedom Park. It's a small park with 2 basketball courts, a small playground & a few bench's. There isn't a pavilion. There are public bathrooms. There's a walkway around the park & you will often find people walking dogs & children riding bikes. It's clean & the grounds are well taken care of. I am only rating the park with 4 stars because of it's size.

Great park to visit with kids and family. Stage by the water with live performances. Good playground. Splash pad for the kids in the Summer. Public bathroom. There are no grills but plenty of picnic tables. Sports fields and courts too. There is also a Pavillion for rent if you are having a party. Definitely reccomend. It's also close to Jumping Jack's where you can easily stop for food or ice cream afterwards.
