The bagels look good and there are lots of spreads, breakfast sandwiches, sides, chips and drink options. I was asked if I wanted my bagel toasted and I said no, but it was toasted anyway so I can't really speak to the bagel texture. The walnut raisin spread was not so great. I enjoy sweet but all I tasted was an overload of brown sugar, so much so that I wiped most of it off the bagel. I gave this one star above what I would for my own bagel because the people I was with all really enjoyed their food, and some of the other bagels looked good to try. I would give this place another try if in the area again.

Second time in, and it’s confirmed… I’m a customer for life! Can’t go wrong, their bagels, sandwiches, heck we even had a great salad back at the hotel we took back! Friendly down to earth staff, refreshing, and I used to work at a bagel shop. Brueggers step your game up, this is the best shop I’ve been to! We love you Orange County Bagels

$6 for a Taylor egg and cheese SPK & mayo except we forgot the mayo. Guess we’re really skimping to pay for the new building. Thrown into the bag upside down too. Last time I went had order incorrectly made too. I’ll be headed to Farmer’s from now on.

BYOI: Bring your own ice! When it comes to their pastries, looks can be deceiving. You’re gonna need a wipe to get all the stickiness off the bottles of juices. Also, do not expect the sandwiches to be hot!! Warm, welcoming service...no where to be found here.

I’ve been here many times over the past handful of years and it has always been so good. This last visit was very disappointing and shocking but not pleasantly. When I walked in, the first thing to catch my eye was all the yummy looking pastries, cookies, muffins, etc. Key word=“looking”...more details on that later. The woman who took our order gave us mediocre service. She did not greet us. She had no idea what the pastries were called. She took our order and that was it. We ordered 2 salami, eggs and cheese on bagels with a cheese danish and apple turnover. While we waited for our breakfast sandwiches, we went to get a juice from the cooler. The first juice bottle I picked up was pretty sticky. I went to grab a different one but this one was even more sticky. So was the next one I picked up. They all were sticky. You know it’s bad when you have to pick the least sticky bottle of juice. We found a clean table and sat down.

One of the workers yelled across the restaurant to tell us our food was ready. We got up and I asked the guy behind the counter if he could fill up cups with ice. He rolled his eyes and walked away. Then came back with two plastic cups with barely any ice, less than half way filled. When I asked if he could put some more ice in the cups he swore that was all the ice he had.

We went back to our table and started to eat. Our sandwiches were not hot at all. The cheese was not melted and the meat was not heated thoroughly. This was the biggest disappointment because their breakfast sandwiches have always been my favorite in the area. After our sad sandwiches, we were looking forward to those “good looking” pastries. We split them into pieces to share then tried the cheese danish first. The first bite straight up sucked all the moisture out of your mouth. It was so stale and dry. The apple turnover tasted like it was made with canned apples. The apples were so mushy and had a bad flavor. The crust part was very crumbly and fell apart. We were so dissatisfied with the pastries because of how good they looked versus how they tasted. We didn’t even finish them they were so bad.

I know I used the word “disappointed” through out this review but that is the best word I can use to sum up our visit. I don’t know when I will be back but I hope some things change around there for the better. It was really sad to see how dirty this place was with such inadequate service and poor food. Maybe it was just the employees working there today who didn’t take the time to clean, put their best foot forward with their interactions with customers or how they...

Let's start out with, IF IM WRITING A REVIEW, ITS BECAUSE ITS VERY VERY TRUE. I HOPE THIS HELPS AT LEAST ONE PERSON!!!!!

3 Times. Same result. All I asked for was two eggs over easy on a roll. First time the eggs are overdone no big deal ate the sandwich. On my second order I let them know same thing eggs over done. Eat the sandwich as I don't like Waste food.

Now the third time I asked the guy to register please make sure they're over easy because the last two times they were not. This created a huge problem with the cook has he got extremely insulted the guy at the register told me I should have told him that when I ordered as if that would have changed anything. So yes they're overdone the guy assured me they would not be. Everybody had an attitude not to mention the fact that they barely put any bacon on there I do not recommend this place.

Highly recommend not just Bagels right next door...

I wish I could give this place more than one star, but $10 for one egg and two slices of Taylor ham, cheese and bread. You might as well just be paying for bread and ketchup. Most other places in the area automatically use two eggs for the same price and on their menu they charge extra for the 2nd egg which is ridiculous. The best part is walking from the counter to my car the sandwich wasn’t even hot or anything. Yes, I ate the sandwich in my car. If I would’ve waited till I got home my sandwich would have been cold. They probably just threw it on the grill for a minute slapped the cheese on it and that was it. The cheese was hardly even melted

I also ordered some home fries. I don’t know what they cook their homes fries with but they weren’t even edible. I took two bites out of them and threw them in the trash. I won’t be returning here for...
