We ordered from this location tonight online at 8pm. At 9:37 we still had not received our food. The online service said 51-66 minutes. So I called the location to check on our food and the employee who answered did nothing to help the situation or accept accountability. He said any online order was taking about 3-4 hours which I would have been fine with however when I mentioned my concern was because their online tracker provided a very different time frame he said "I have no control over that. Your order is out for delivery so it should be there shortly." I started to indicate that was a problem since there was such a different time frame and there was an ingenuine apology followed by our food was on its way. I understand that the food and restaurant places are swamped but when we are reaching just to get some clarification, customer service should still be a priority. I'm extremely disappointed in how dismissive this employee was of a simple question. Read moreI ordered a pizza from Domino’s pizza August 28, 2025, located at 4733 Michaels Dr Ste 2, Grand Chute, Wisconsin 54914. Shortly after receiving my order I got a call from someone named Cooper inquiring about my oder. He said say something was wrong with my pizza and asked if I noticed a strange taste and how was I feeling. He mentioned that an employee working in the kitchen had done something to the pizzas that should’ve been done. He refused to tell me what had been done and cursed me. I ask to speak with his manager and he continue cursing me and placed me on hold. I hung up and called Dominos Pizza, spoke with someone claiming to be the manager. His attitude was nonchalant. All he had to say was that other customers had called to complained about the same thing and it probably was a prank call. I immediately asked for a refund and throw out the rest of the pizza. Read moreIf I could give zero stars I would. I placed an order and on the order tracker an hour later it still showed being prepped. I called the store to ask and was told “you ordered about an hour ago, you’ve got another 2-1/2 to 3 hours”. No apology. Very surprised I asked if he was serious. He replied as if he was shocked I would ask that and said yes I’m serious.
I understand short staffing. I can understand the lack of delivery orders. But if they are going to accept orders through the website there should be a notification that the order could be delayed.
I signed up for text alerts this would be the perfect way to notify me.
I told them to cancel the order and was told that it was cancelled but there was never an apology.
