Anderson's Frozen Custard — Restaurant in Town of Grand Island

Unfortunately this Anderson's hits way below the mark when compared to Adrian's. I have yet to be impressed with the quality or the service. I've had my order made incorrectly on 2 different occasions now, with the wait being in excess of 20 minutes. Those poor girls fight for their lives at the counter, and there's never more than 2 or them up there at a time.

I ordered a large root beer float this time round which is more expensive than a large custard btw, and received the equivalent of a small ice cream with half a cup of root beer in it. I'll just stick to the...

Came inside and ordered with the touchscreen. Kids meal, buffalo chicken sandwich and a sundae.

Fries in the kids meal were extremely oily and crunchy as if they've been sitting in the oil for too long, very crunchy. And over 10$ for a kids meal?!?! The chicken sandwich was what tasted like Tyson chicken fingers two of them slapped together with sauce. It was good but not worth the price at all. Then best of all I get the car and they never gave me the sundae. Unacceptable, my first time here and disappointed. Adrian's wasn't like this. Hope it gets...

Third time trying here (tried to give it a fair shot) and very disappointed since the switch from Adrian’s to Andersons. The food quality has gone downhill. Went from the best beef on weck in the area to one of the worst we’ve had. Meat was so overcooked and it was so dry that it was barely edible. Ice cream was okay but still overall it’s a great loss...
