Brick Oven Pizzeria & Pub — Restaurant in Town of Grand Island

-WORST pizza I've ever had in my entire life. The Margherita pizza was extremely SWEET. It was as if they used ketchup for sauce but added sugar, then sprinkled sugar on top. I took two bites. The second bite I gagged. They NEED to invest in quality pizza tomato sauce. Pizza should be savory. Pizza and wings are the face of their business, they need to get it right. That brings me to the wings... -Probable food poisoning from the wings. I knew on the first bite something smelled off but I ate anyway to please my husband since he heard they were "so good". This was the only food we overlapped together all weekend and we both ended up vomiting allllll night long 24 hrs later. Our daughter didn't eat it and didn't have symptoms. Therefore, it wasn't a stomach bug, it was the food. Washed it down with pink lemonade.... total mistake! Literally tasted TOXIC. I kept taking another sip, maybe I'm wrong? But no. Neither me nor my daughter could drink it. The entire meal was a fail:(. -The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the waitstaff seemed to notice I was unhappy. Although they didn't say anything, they seemed to be compassionate for the situation with their demeanor. It wasn't their fault and we tipped appropriately. Also we have had a good experience before in the bar scene which is an another star. However this is not where I would want to eat literally ever again. It makes me question what other things they're cheaping out on (if they're gonna do the pizza so dirty like that). Lastly, I'm sorry to have to review this small business like this. I support small businesses but I also support quality and giving my money to quality. Thanks...

We just left your establishment. There was 3 of us, the service was less than satisfactory. I have eaten and enjoyed many times.

Today was a disaster. I didnt know what waitress was ours, we had 3 different waitresses. One didn't know what the other was doing. We sat down and ordered oir drinks, we waited almost 10 minutes for a waitress. We eventually asked one that was strolling by if she could take our order. The waitresses were standing at the register behind the door eating. They were chewing the food in their mouth while they were approaching the next table.

One of you waitresses had a shirt on, and you could see her bra and bra straps. There were young kids in the restaurant, she needs to cover herself better.

It took so long for our food to arrive we needed to ask for a carryout box for my mother-in-law.

There was garbage and food all over the floor next to us. We had to go to the waitress to pay our bill. I did ask if they were short handed and the waitress said yes

I did not see a manager and the girls said they were cooking the orders.

While leaving we noticed there was a different waitress and some gentleman sitting on the patio, he was drinking a beer.

Not happy,...

As someone who grew up in Niagara Falls I have ate my fair share of wings. We order lots of food from BrickOven and the subs are usually very good. We decided to try the wings and let me tell you VERY DISAPPOINTED. We ordered the 50 wing bucket. The Hot flavored wings was more like a medium anywhere else to start and they were cold and soggy when delivered. Never mind I asked for them extra crispy. 2nd flavor was Medium and you mid as well said these were plain as they came with almost no sauce and once again soggy after asking for all the wings Extra Crispy. BTW that's a common thing to ask back here as they dont come tasting like wings that sat and died under a hot lamp like BrickOvens. Medium Garlic wings more of what I said above no need to explain. The only reason I am giving them a 2 is the Italian Wings and Honey Garlic came like someone actually cooked them. HONESTLY IF YOUR OUT THIS WAY SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME AND JUST GO TO JACOS OR JOEYS ON BUFFALO AVE A FEW MORE STOPS DOWN THE THRUWAY. They will serve your order as you ask without charging fees and bringing you cold and soggy wings. Needless to say BrickOven lost a 60-100 dollar a month...
