You guys have the worst customer service you never have anything in stock .showcase is always half empty. it's absolutely horrendous that you get burnt coffee that's not mixed and not the proper mixture of cream and sugar ypu asked for or cream instead of milk. your order is never right people are rude it's just ridiculous. I worked in Tim Hortons for six years and never once did we run our establishment like this this is one of the worst horrendous establishments I have ever been to.I am a Grand Island resident and I'm not the only one who agrees that the only reason the most of us still go there is because we don't want to wait an hour at the other one. unfortunately we have to choose this one, granted time and drive-thru is quick but that's because your order isn't going to be right and it's not going to taste good .everythings just sitting there old glaze or burnt soup ,burnt coffee ,hard Bagels ,hard Donuts it's disgusting learn how to run a Tim Hortons just because you're the second choice in the island it's ridiculous. the only good thing you got going for you is the young teenage group that you got working for you and that's the only reason your drive-thru times are fast cuz your product availability and your product presentation sucks by far the worst I'm absolutely appalled by...
Read morethis is my tim hortons. I have been going here for years but am finally at my breaking point. I’m currently sitting in the drive thru; where I’ve been sitting for 15 minutes now. They have given me hazelnut coffee twice (this just happened yesterday for the 2nd time.) when I have specifically repeated my order directly at the window. I have an allergy to tree-nuts, and I’m 22, so I know how to avoid them. I get the same thing every time. A caramel iced coffee. They messed up yesterday and gave me an iced capp AND overcharged me almost $2. When I said I’m sorry, I ordered a caramel iced coffee, the employee rolled their eyes at me and then gave me the iced coffee. Little did I know, it was a hazelnut iced coffee, after i had JUST repeated my order to him. I had an allergic reaction and could barely work the rest of the day. I came back today, still waiting in line, only for them to say “that sucks, sorry!”. Now, I do understand it’s partly on me for not specifying, I suppose, but I shouldn’t have to, especially since I repeated it to him. I was overcharged, and had an allergic reaction twice now from this location and nothing was even said or done. I just feel so...
Read moreI wanted to try Tim Hortons because a lot of my NY clients speak highly of it. Found one not to far from the hotel I was staying at in Niagara and stopped in. The location was tiny barely enough room for 3 people to stand in line. I came in about 9am on a Sunday morning and waited about 10 with two people in front of me. Of course I wanted to try the donuts because that’s all the fuss I’ve heard about. I got the 20 of mini donuts for $5.99, an avocado toast, has brown and a side of bacon. The only thing that was tasty were the donuts unfortunately. The avocado toast was barely toasted and the avocado was completely mush with very little everything bagel seasoning. The hash brown wasn’t warmed through at all and the side of bacon was completely cold. Sad to say that what I was looking so forward too turned out to...
