Burger King — Restaurant in Town of Greece

today I went there and they were mad screaming at each other because of their lack of efficiency. Even the girl that was taking care of drive through was yelling. Even though the atmosphere was not great I did not give a crab about their discussion anyway, that’s not why I’m on here. My review is about the service and the food. I ordered two $5 dollar meals with whopper jr. the guy that took my order took it right, I also asked for one doctor pepper and a sprite but since is self-serve when I went to grab them the whole machine was full of water and had only 2 drinks available which were not the ones that I needed. I asked the lady for new drinks from the back and she returned me a cup that was wet in the outside which I find gross. My food was not even what I ordered I had two cheeseburgers with bacon instead of a whopper, my nuggets tasted weird and were bagged together even though they’re two different meals and the fries were cold and dark from the dirty oil that they might be using. Good food (compared to other BKs around the city) orders are accurate, but minus 3 stars bc they have signs at the location advertising jalapeños on any burger- but after several visits they still DO NOT CARRY JALAPEÑOS AT THIS LOCATION. The King sits on a throne of LIES.

Update: The sign has been advertising jalapeño poppers for three months now but every time I try to order them it has been “discontinued”. I Just. Want. Jalapeños.

The staff are very friendly and my order is always accurate but the management continues to be lacking... and I haven’t gotten napkins in the bag the last two visits... down to 1 star. Come. On. W. Went into the restaurant tonight around 9:00 p.m. . There was no cars in the Drive-Thru nor no customers in the restaurant when I got there, I ordered my food and they proceeded to take care of customers in the Drive-Thru(that came after I ordered) as well as customers that came in after we did and left us standing there. They tried to serve me Cold nuggets that were sitting from under a heat lamp while we waited even longer for more fries because they gave away all fries that were made for me when I got there. The manager was( I believe it was the manager )was very rude, snotty ,never even apologized for the lack of customer service. I thought the one on East ridge was bad but this one is getting just as bad normally this one is great tonight not so much...
