Starbucks — Restaurant in Town of Greece

I came in on Christmas Eve and there was a massive line with only two girls working back there. But, for some reason, their manager was not helping the girls at all; she was restocking cups and kept leaving for God knows what. My drink was great as always, but this is a reoccurring issue I notice with the manager. Because of her, I cannot in good conscience give a higher rating. I hope my observations are just a coincidence and that the manager actually does her job properly all the time. Today we ordered a White Chocolate Mocha Frap. and a Pineapple Passionfruit Lemonade Refresher and both were great. Thank you to the nice lady who took our order and the other nice lady who made them. We were sorry that you were subjected to rudeness by that other patron of your establishment. She was out of line and her rudeness was uncalled for, as well as the scene she made. Hopefully the remainder of your day was better after she left, and that you don't encounter her presence again.
