Tim Hortons is great. It's convenient that the one on Mount Read Boulevard is next to a Wegmans. I don't buy drinks at Tim Hortons or Dunkin Donuts because they're always expensive and I don't want to drink stuff like soda when I'm eating a bagel. I can go to Wegmans and get a half gallon of milk or orange juice and enjoy that. Anyway, the service at this Tim Hortons is fine. One thing I don't like is that, while there's a two-for-four special when you get a sausage, egg and cheese on a bagel or English muffin, there is no sale price on bagels right now. There are coupons in the newspaper that I see from time to time, but the clerk behind the register won't automatically give you the coupon price on bagels like they do if you order a sausage, egg and cheese on a bagel. although, I must admit that one time a clerk did give me the coupon price on bagels without me having a coupon. That's only happened to me once, though. Finally, I appreciate it that there's a bus stop directly in front of this Tim Hortons. It's convenient to sit inside there while you're waiting for the next #15 Latta or...
Read moreAvoid Tim Hortons and just go to Dunkin. Don’t waste your money here. Store is dirty, employees literally couldn’t care less- no sense of urgency. Today I placed an online order to which they couldn’t fulfill half of what I ordered. They suggested I either cancel the order online or they could try to substitute half of my order with things I didn’t want. So I tried to get a refund online, to which Tim Hortons replied that they just simply don’t have a way to refund me. So now I am paying $13 for nothing? Not happening. I went back in the store to now try to substitute the missing items instead of losing my money all together. Employees were just about the most unprofessional crew I think I have ever seen, couldn’t have cared any less that they had people waiting at the counter. After waiting and finally getting food and drink, coffees taste stale- like they were brewed the day before. I will never be back. Thankfully Dunkin is right...
Read moreSince being retired I have visited this particular Tim Horton's once or twice a week. I keep going back to this one because of the pleasant staff I have encountered up until a little while back. Yesterday was definitely the last straw. One of their employees by the name of Wendy seems as though she has quite an attitude and is not very pleasant or professional. I over heard her telling employees working the counter to just hurry up get them in and out meaning us the customers. I would have brushed it off but I've seen this same attitude from Wendy a little while back when I was in there another time. I brushed it off then but I'm sorry no longer and so I will no longer be visiting this particular Tim Hortons. Please get this woman some more training or a job not working with the public. I have gotten to know some of the other employees my name end enjoy going in and chatting with them but I'm sorry I will no longer...
