Caraglio's Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Greece

Total disappointment. I had ordered pizza from this location for 4+ yrs, more than 2x weekly......When a new "Caraglios" opened up on Latta Rd I started having problems. They kept trying to direct me to the Latta Rd store. Which I did attempt to purchase food from.....They TOTALLY botched my order 3x, and every time I called to simply give feedback (not looking for replacement or refund at all, just constructive criticism) I was met with a disregarding and complacent manager who couldn't care less. So I started ordering online, as they wouldn't filter my address at that point... this worked for a while. recently, they began filtering locations, (a whopping 0.3 mi difference, and have refused me service. When I called the N.Greece Rd location, seeking the same QUALITY service I had received in the past, I was turned away. Told to order from the Latta Rd store, despite conveying my lackluster experience with that store. When I asked for the name of the person who was effectively telling me to seek service from a competitor, I was told "Well, I'm the manager, and I don't have to give you my name". So sorry. was a staunch supporter and loyal, FREQUENT REPEAT customer for YEARS....YOUR DELIVERY people KNEW me by ORDER AND NAME...... I'll never buy a single item from this, or ANY other CARAGLIO'S location again. I recommend Pizzaria Americana on long pond instead. Better service,...

There have the worst young women manager,we called Sunday night! We have delt with her soooo many times. She is rude and unprofessional and uses ever excuss possible. I have call several times on her but even the owner doesn’t return our calls. Again we ordered from them. And again it was wrong. pizza and wings over 30.00. The wings were not cooked, which has happened before, and had no sauce at all on them, we had order chicken garlic Pam wings!! When we called again!!!! She again said that we can come back and bring the wings, when we asked her just to refund them she again said she would not!!! We had the wings, when we said we were not coming back over there, she could send the driver with the correct order and they can pick up the wrong order she said she could not do it and again. And again, would not give us a refund. This has happened many many time with the same manager! Terrible customer service just a very bad trained manager on doing what’s right! Never going there again, and for sure will spread the word! I have never had to write a bad review, can’t let this go, hope it was worth the 5.00 worth of wings that it cost you! Totally had it!!! Been a loyal customer since it opened. Ordered for the family tonight. Pizza and Wings, tried a wrap first time. Sirlion wrap 1.00 extra, extra meat 3.00 extra. Did not include the toppings we requested like onions, grilled peppers and mushrooms, had some thrown on raw green pepper pieces maybe 2. Absolutely no extra meat was added to this. Called after we picked it up and got home and saw this extremely sorry looking wrap. Spoke to 2 women that stated they were management and I asked for 15 dollars back for the price we paid for this wrap. My options manager provided was remake the wrap and we drive back to get it or 15 percent off next order. Also for years I tip on pick up and left a tip and also had over a 50 dollar total order. Why wouldn't a business refund someone the price of this wrap? This makes no sense to me. They have lost a lifelong customer. I took pictures because this is how absolutely sad a business is standing by something like this. Added a Caraglios side of blue cheese to show the scale of the size of the wrap. We can go with our hard earned money to another place and get a double size wrap and still pay less than 15 dollars for it. What a disappointment and a shame on the management at N. Greece Rd.
