Carbone's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Town of Greece

So we always order from them they are right across the street from my salon my brother, parents, and clients order from them as well we also order whenever we have doctors and nurses come for our health symposiums and also when we have our annual christmas party etc, plus my family busines order from them frequently we always give them great compliments but tonight i called and told them the pizza was burnt and the young lady on the phone was rude and said unfortunately there policy is that if you dont bring it back there is nothing they can do, but the thing i dont understand is why they couldn't just give us a credit for the next time we order all of our clients took one bite and said it was def burnt and the bottom was scorched which they threw away so it was nothing to produce so to sum it up because we couldn't produce the burnt pizza that was in the garbage we get nothing wow, what a waste of money and time never again i will def spread the word!! so disappointed in...

I used to love Carbones pizza-(Dewey& stone Rd.location)however, I can not ignore how awful the quality of pizza has obviously deteriated in the last 2/3 months.My large family has noticed as well.However, the last 4 or 5 pizzas have had gobs and gobs of way to much pizza sauce and very light cheese,which I requested EXTRA and payed for. It was once, so phenomenal I drove from another town just to get pizza from Carbones(Dewey&Stone Rd.location)at first, I somewhat ignored the deteriation of good quality,& good ratio of all ingredients marrying and merging together to form a perfect tasting pizza. SADLY, due to the continual deteriation of Carbones(DeweyAve.) today will be my last time ordering &hoping it would return to its once superior pizza making. My last 4/5 pizzas have proved to me that, there's no hope of that...

So, everyone knows that Carbones is the best around. But experience tonight was not good. I ordered a med pizza and 10 wings, they told me 30 minutes, I got there 5 minutes early and to see that my pizza was done and sitting on top of the oven. And then I had to wait 15 more minutes for my wings. I voiced concern to the teenager at check out, that my pizza was ready at least 15 minutes earlier and she said "well you're welcome to check it yourself", and then she walked away. So I got home, literally down the street, and my wings were hot and great, but my pizza was lukewarm and the cheese was congealed on top. So I'm not sure what's going on there.
