I went to Chili's š¶ļø on my birthday. And when it was time for me to cash out. Da server, I had didn't explain it to me. So I ended up tipping her, $3.43. But it was by mistake. If she would've explained it to me then I would've known not to tip her like that. When I tip a server, it's not gonna be no $3.43. I kinda felt that server, took a little advantage of me. Her name is Justine, right after I made that mistake. I asked her can I get $2.00 back of that tip. So she went in the back 2 see what she can do bought it. Her Boss, said that they'll need 4 digits of my number on my debit card. So I said no cause I wouldn't of felt comfortable of giving that information to her Boss. So after that da server, offered me a drink, or desert, so I said ice cream. But I really wanted a ice cream šØ sundae instead. So she said it's gonna cost more than $3.43. Right after she gave me the ice cream,š¦ I told da server, it's my birthday.š So she just said eat ur ice cream. So I said 2 my self I gonna find a way to get my $3.43, refund back. Cuz that dumb server Justin,, she doesn't deserve no tip from me. Come 2 find out Chili's, restaurant don't sell ice cream šØ sundaes. So that server, Justin, lied to me. So after all of the confusion, I spoken to the manager, and told her what happened. Cuz I didn't like that server, attitude. So da manager, Sheryl, was so kind to me. She understood my situation and everything. At the end of the day! I wanted to sign that tip over to Sheryl. Da manager, and she said she can't do that cuz it wouldn't let her. I didn't wanted da tip 2 go to Justin, da server. But at the end of the day, da only reason why Justin, da server, got da tip. Cuz she didn't take the time to show me how to use that tablet. In the future I'll rather bring cash with me. 2 avoid complications. So I was so glad I got that taken care of! I felt that Sheryl, da manager, deserve da tip. If it was up to me, I would've definitely gave her the tip. Otherwise da food was good. I had gotten a salad. š„ Matter of fact, I'll give Sheryl, a 5...

Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe food was very good, the place was clean.. but the service was terrible... we ordered 2 apps and only got 1. And asked for the second app and never got it.. very frustrating we asked for more coffee and drinks and didnt not get them for like 20 or 25 mins, the couple sitting across from us came in a half hour after we did and was friends with one of the waitresses and they ended up getting everything before we got our 1st and only app.. very frusting.. we were not tended to and we had to ask to fill our stuff.. and not only that we clearly asked for the second app and asked for it again when we got our dinner and we ended up never getting and paying for it because it was a hassle as it was to get our drinks or to ask for anything we didnt want to ask for anything else. worst experience we've ever had.. we understood it was busy but we were there for hour and forthyfive mins and were very anxious to leave . We didnt really want to ask for dessert knowing we would be late to our engagement we had planned for and were looking to kill some time and have good food.. couldn't believe it. My husband talked to a very kind and friendly guy named Josh tonight and he was very kind as we told him what we experienced because he asked us if we had enjoyed ourself and if our experience was good and my husband wanted to speak to a manager about our experience.. the food was good good, but the meals took forever and our server did not tend us and the customer service was okay.. we live far away and are glad this isnt our in town chili's because the one in our town is great.. just comes down to bad management and not enough training... but if you want to spend like 2 hours here waiting for your food and are from out of town trying to get a decent semi quick meal, go...
