The absolute worst experience of my entire life getting fast food and I have worked in the industry so I can completely understand some the lack of communication and overwhelming lack of discussion but the lack of respect for the customers is unbelievable. I understand having some equipment down. I get it, but have a system in place in order to manage that. I ordered online pay $30. I get to the drive through line and it's long whatever I can deal with that. I wait 15 minutes in the drive through line to get to the speaker and be told that they're not taking mobile orders in the drive through and I have to come inside. I come inside and I ask if I have to wait in line once again. They inform me I do so I wait in line for another 5 to 7 minutes. Where I'm then told at the counter. I cannot pick up a drive throughout the counter. Then I proceed to wait at the counter for both drive through and front end to make my order for another 10 minutes. During which the employee who is running the front counter on the front cash register, taking orders between 9 and 940 asks the crowd if anybody is missing a macchiato to which I inform her I had received mine as my order was part of the confusion. I pull up to the drive through and no one takes my order so Iām thinking ok they are busy Iāll just wait. 5 minutes later they finally say āhold on.ā So I wait another 5 minutes. Then they go to take my order and I tell them something thatās on the menu so itās not a customized order. The guy asks me 3 times āis it this?ā I correct him and say no, itās this. I pull up to pay and it takes another 5 minutes for him to make my drink. I was pretty clear about it and he still got my order wrong. I wouldnāt have bothered complaining but for the wait I find this kind of service to be terrible. I look at the car behind me and I can clearly see that the person hasnāt had their order taken yet. There were 3 more cars behind her. Iām an understanding person so I get it if they were short staffed or perhaps the person working that day was new but that is just unacceptable. At least get the order correct if youāre going to make me wait 15 minutes in a drive thru. I was so annoyed at wasting $5 on a drink that wasnāt correct that I ended up going to...

I just want to say I work at the Verizon next door , I start every morning with you guys because of the crew you have on staff as of NOW , each one individually knows me in a different way as i been coming in daily to now becoming a regular, each person always gives me the best experience it doesn't matter who it is helping me! They are the reason my morning continues to be amazing cause they are all positive and no matter what, each PERSON GreetS me everytime ,no matter how busy they are !!!
