Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Greece

On Monday April 15,2024 at 4:34pm Restaurant was empty no customers i when inside the Restaurant to Order and the person name Lamar Employee on the Counter came to me ask me to order not even said Good afternoon at all and i think is not educated dont know if he's the manager or regular employee but don't have skills on how to help a Customer at all or any people then even even with Clothed Cover all his face.Then i show him my phone with the Order i need that the special is in the website that i want that deal that shows $16.99 it comes with Pepperoni Pizza Cheese Breadstick and Chicken Wings and he tell me you need to order online so i left to my car to order online and the website is terrible on how to choose your food ,i choose the Item deal and dont have to added quick right on the cart to paid you have to enter first and zipcode of the area then it show me that in that location don't have the special and then when i go back and tell him why he did not tell me this before i when to my car then on second time i go inside even the restaurant is full of customers so had to wait even more too and he should tell me this on the beginning and take the time to answer my question that way i don't loose my time also then when i see prices on the website if is not special prices are more $$ money the website is not easy at all on how to order and choose what you need it should have were said applycode to added on the cart correctly and from there then you do next step but is not at all is so complicated.Also in the door did not have hand sanitizer was empty.I think Employee's need to take the time also to listen to the Customers i understand there busy but the customers always want a better service and that the employee take the time to listen correctly i think they need little training on how to Work...

There is one cashier that is rude and always has something smart to say. I ordered my pizza online and pick it up at the pizza portal with a code. I like this option for the convenience and saves on time, because I work three jobs and sometimes in between job I don't have time to cook, so order the pizza for my kids and go to my next job. I get a pizza from them aleast once a week or once every other week.If I come a little late, there is never been a problem. But in this particular time, I arrived 15 minutes later then my pickup time and cashier and to say out loud, since you came late, I have to open the pizza portal. Which I know it is not true, because I have never been on time to pick up a pizza before and that is why they invited the portal ,so can pick it up and go without the cashiers and waiting in line. Two days ago I got a pizza and the one free soda promotion online. My name and order is on the screen and receipt on the box of the pizza. The soda refrigerator is at side of the front door when you walk in. I got my pizza from the portal and asked if the same cashier from the last time, if I can pick any flavor pop that I want. He asked to see my receipt which baffled me, because it was printed and on the screen, but I showed it to him anyway. Then he says out loud to someone that looked to be a manager, you got to check these customer's receipts, because customers lie, like I was trying to still a soda after I spent money on a pizza. I was furious. I may just order my pizza from somewhere else, because this location customer...

Even if you're really picky with pizza, $10 is by far the cheapest you'll find around here, so...
