Subway — Restaurant in Town of Greece

I ordered Subway online while I was at work on 7/3/2018 so all I can do was pick it up in my way home. The Subway inside Walmart on Dewey Avenue closed 2 hours early. I caught one of the ladies who was cleaning up in Subway before they left, I asked where was my money or my food. They told me they never got my order online and they closed early because they weren't getting a lot Business today. I said I don't care and I want my money back. She said I will have to call customer service, I called customer service in they told me that I have to talk to the owner of the franchise in Walmart. I go back and aks for the owners number and lady tells me that the owner is in India. She said she will give him a call . This is ridiculous, I never witness so much unprofessionalism in my life. Absolutely terrible! There was no one there for at least 10 minutes. Which if you're the only person working and you have to use the bathroom is KIND OF understandable but then she walks in talking to her friend, sees that there is customers and continue's to take her time. She then goes on to tell a customer that they are more then welcome to have gotten up and made there on sandwhich. Rude! Will not be returning there while...
