I had the most amazing experience at this cricket today speaking with the manager Tim. I can't tell you how long I have been dealing with this issue on my phone and he fixed it in minutes. He is a stellar employee And I had a great experience with me this guy was amazing words can't even describe how impressed I am by this man. I've been with cricket for about 10 years and I'm extremely happy with my service but I want to make sure you know what a fantastic employee Tim is. He's friendly, patient, and does his job better than any other person I've dealt with over the years. I had a problem with a new Sim card for my daughters phone and transferring her number, something the national customer service couldn't help me with, and (I didn't catch this guys name) but he understood fast and got the job done in less then 15 min.
