Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Greece

This Dunkin is the weirdest store location I’ve ever been to as far as Dunkin or any other fast food chain goes. It is set up in a way that if you were to walk in and try to order you’d have to know exactly what you order normally because there is no menu?? And if you wanted to look at donuts to order them, too bad there’s not even a normal display case or wall rack like most donut shops. When entering, I was greeted with “Are you here for a mobile order?” Me, no sir. sigh and LITERALLY EYE ROLL “Ok you’re gonna need to give me a minute I’ll do that when I’m done then” I said, I can order online if it’s busy, and I got “No it’s fine just wait til I finish this”. Like ok I’m sorry, if this is not supposed to be a walk in place then there needs to be signs or lock your door or something.

I was with an older friend who was horrified by the idea of having to order on my phone in a place I was physically standing inside at. #boomers But honestly after the way I was treated I felt very uncomfortable with it as well. The registers aren’t at the counter inside they’re only positioned toward the drive through and the counter isn’t cleared for customers to come up and order in any designated area, it was cluttered with mobile orders on one spot and packaging/product the workers were using to make drinks and things in another.

Maybe the franchise is not fully ready to be open or they’re still working on finishing the details of these things but it was very off putting and I’ll just drive to the next coffee shop next time.

Hashbrowns were a combination of under and over cooked. Crescent roll was bland Munchkins decent same for sour dough sandwich. Lids on coffee not secured, ended up with coffee on my passenger side car seat.

Decided to give them another shot. Went through the drive thru placed order, was asked to park. Was taking a nit of time so I walked in, told another 5 min, they finally handed me my food in a sealed bag, had to rip bag open to verify food was there as the sealed bag felt light. Indeed it was light. Spent $34 and they only gave me half the order. I ordered a Blueberry muffin, they were out and did not tell me when i orderedt so they replaced with Blueberry doughnut holes. Went back in. They completed order minus the Blueberry muffin. Get home to find out the toasted bagel with cream cheese wasn't toasted. And my Sourdough sandwich was as hard as a brick.Gave them another chance and they blew it. Will not ever return and I recommend that others avoid as well. 2 off the menu coffees, wrong, actually threw them out and went to another dunkin to try again.

I literally get the same thing every dunkin I go to, Cold brew with cold foam and a mocha swirl. Somehow it tasted like nothing.

Slowest service of any dunkin, and the person at the window seemed indifferent, and lost. ALSO one of the workers, an older lady with a long, dark pony tail came outside, up to one of the cars in line, that was in line BEFORE the speaker/menu, and just started talking to them, meanwhile the car that was at the speaker had left and we were all still sitting there waiting for them to finish their convo. If I hadnt placed my order in the app, I would have just left.

Disappointed. Will not be back to this location again. There are too many other dunkin's in the area to...
