GameStop — Local services in Town of Greece

Went in today at 6:40pm to trade in a console, came in and employee said "here for a trade in?" but when I got to the counter the empolyee sighed or exhaled as if it was a pain for about 30 seconds before I finally said "or not" smiling in belive he was maybe joking after a slow day, but he proceeded to tell me how it was store policy that they don't take trade ins an hour before close....well it was 20minutes before, but I didn't say that I kindly said I would come back, more than once I will add. He said don't worry Noone else is here, he stated to get through it, than it came up that they system needed an update, he said oh that takes about an hour so you'd have to come back tomorrow, as I was leaving he started to question me as to why I was trading it in and basically acting like I shouldn't be with remarks like "don't need a system for the friends and family when they come around". When I got home shortly after I plugged it back up and the update literally took 10 minutes OVER WIFI........SORRY NOT SORRY THIS GUY SHOULD BE FIRED FOR HIS RUDENESS AMD MANOR. Say what you want about the state of GameStop as a whole, but this location is great. They’re the only one in my area with a retro section and since they started it, it’s been slowly but surely stocking up with some good stuff. Alisha, I’m not sure if she’s the store manager (if she’s not, she should be) is laid back, personable, super helpful and passionate about what she’s doing and the customers that come in. Only thing I’d say (and this is the same with almost every GameStop) is the atmosphere. I’d love to hear some video game music pumping and some more interactivity. I don’t mind the pop culture toys/collectibles as much as some people. Nothing wrong with some variety as long as it doesn’t overtake the games. Terrible. Started my GameStop experience for the day at the Greece ridge mall location. They didn't have the game I was looking for, so they looked up a store that did. I asked him(Kyle I believe was the guys name) if he could call and make sure they had it and could hold it while I drove there. He called or claimed to call the store at Northgate plaza and told them to hold it for me. When I arrived at Northgate, they acted as i was stupid, and they had nothing for me.
