This Dunkin’ is extremely frustrating to go to.
More times than not, I am waiting an unreasonable amount of time for my orders that I place ahead of time through their app.
One of most recent experiences was an order of just snacking bacon. I placed my order at 7:08. I didn’t get to work until after 7:30 and the Dunkin’ is 5 minutes away from my job. Friday morning, in order to combat the long wait time like before, I placed my order (JUST SNACKIN’ BACON) at 7:17. At 7:30, it still wasn’t ready. This is the first bad review Ive ever written and I feel it is well deserved. Today, on a non busy Saturday, I ordered 3 coffees. 3 people were working and ironically 3 people ordered while I was there.

One worker appeared to have rolled out of bed, out of uniform, hair all over the place with a hoodie on who was clearly presented tired as she seemed frustrated she was not fully stocked up front.
