I stopped by Dobbs Ferry Pizza on Easter Sunday, not realizing they technically weren’t even open — but when they saw I was hungry and seriously in need of a slice, they didn’t hesitate. They made me a pizza, and not just any pizza — one of the best I’ve had in years.
