I recently visited Dobbs Ferry Waterfront Park and was absolutely blown away by its beauty and amenities. The park offers stunning views of the Hudson River and Palisades, making it the perfect spot for relaxation, picnics, and leisurely walks. The seating areas are plentiful and well-maintained, providing a comfortable place to take in the gorgeous scenery. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the park and the attention to detail in its design.
The park's facilities, including the playground, walking paths, and fishing pier, offer something for everyone to enjoy. It's clear that a lot of thought and care went into creating this community treasure. I also appreciate the efforts of the Friends of the Dobbs Ferry Waterfront Park in enhancing and maintaining this special place.
With ample parking available in the adjacent commuter lot, access to the park is convenient for both residents and non-residents. Overall, Dobbs Ferry Waterfront Park exceeded my expectations, and I look forward to visiting again soon. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a peaceful escape with...

This park is like a home away from home. Always be careful, but it's pretty safe.
I actually stumbled upon Dobbs Ferry Park about 17 years ago it's always been, Beautiful clean,, FR3e FREE and Family friendly.... Hey summer!!!
Take the Metro North to Dobbs Ferry ($19.50) the best money you will spend for some peace and tranquility. Ride is about 35 -45 mins.
..THE PARK is across the street from the ""Dobbs Ferry" train stop. Elevators available. (Wheelchair accessible). Music/Band and events for kids happening on Wednesdays....check to see what else.
They are picnic tables and I've seen grills there before that were built in. There's a pier there and a little small man-made Beach that you can take pictures.
Bring your blanket, your need to unwind and take a nap, your snacks...etc, insect repellent (it's not bad) but bring it and have a blast. The view is spectacular, the park and grass is clean. Take lots of pics.
There is a restroom and a restaurant or...
Read moreFirst time going and definitely not the last. The park is right by the Hudson River. The view is beautiful. There is a restaurant in the park also that I plan on going to very soon. There are grills for BBQing, and tables very nice. A park for children also very nice. Many people walking exercising and many walking their dogs and all of them on a leash from what I saw with one exception. Great for catching sun and enjoying a beautiful breeze coming off the river. There is parking also that's paid for using an app. And very responsable pricing. If you want to get away from the city while in the city this is the place. But one constant reminder is the trains that go by every so often but we'll worth a few horn blows and train noise briefly for sure. Bring your cooler chairs and sandwiches chips fruit salads lol it's your day. Or come ready to BBQ. All in all a beautiful...
