Yamashiro Japanese cuisine — Restaurant in Town of Greenburgh

I ordered through GrubHub and I was pleasantly surprised that this restaurant is actually Japanese-owned. Everything about my orders tasted authentic. The packaging was quite a shocker. It was of high quality paper that could be reused a few more times. Every little detail mattered which sets this particular one apart from the Chinese-owned Asian fusion restaurants. As an ABC, I'm heavily biased. I always prefer my sushi/sashimi to be prepared by a trained Japanese chef because of their more than a decades experience of knife skills. You can tell based on the cuts of meat. The price ranges were actually better and worth every penny. If you want quality experience, Yamashiro should be introduced to beginners....

I don’t always have sushi but when I do. I make sure it’s from Yamashiro Japanese Cuisine. Sushi is super tasty and the lunch menu is so affordable. The place is super clean and the staff is always so friendly. Definitely a great place for a date night.
