Burger King — Restaurant in Town of Guilderland

Not impressed. Ordered a original chicken with cheese, a spicy chicken and jr whopperix and match, chicken fries, tenders, a dr pepper and a sprite. 1 car in front of me, they waited 5 minutes to go up to window, and then I had to wait 5 to place my order. Order came- guy didnt give me my drinks, just the food and zipped away. Finally realized we were still there, asked us what we wanted and got rhe drinks. While waiting, looked through the bag, my girlfriends original chicken isnt there. We are told to pull up to wait for it. We get it after another 5 minutes, and head home (literally 2 minutes away). We go to eat, all of the food is at best room temp, except the original chicken sandwich we waited additional time for. That was ice cold, barely wrapped, and had half the food falling out of it. Now, I saw only 2 workers there, so I do feel bad, they were running everywhere. I am sure someone probably called out. But seriously, id even have waited another 5 minutes if the food had been edible, and never would have given such a review, even with the wait. So, management, hire some more people. It Will cost you more money, but then again, not going back to your establishment, and I doubt many who went there tonight will be back either, so thats costing you money already. Yes uts fast food, you cant expect a gourmet meal. However, the point if a chain is that you know what to expect ay any location, whereever you may be. Well, never been to a BK nearly as bad as this. Not the first time Iv had issues here, but definately the worst time. Threw most if the food out- not great after being cold and trying to microwave it. Thanks for making tonight a ramen night, it was like 5 star dining after...

Normally I find this Burger King to be excellent but I have been there twice this past week and have had a very different experience. The drivethru lines have been long and slow. A mistake was made in my order and I had to get back on the long drivethru line to get it corrected because the dining room had been closed. The problem was I went to go inside the building not realizing it wasn’t open for dining. A manager happened to be coming out and I asked if he would help me and he said an outright “No”. When I asked why he said because he was “Off the clock”. Some customer service!! I was really upset. I let them know that when I went back on the line. When I got to the window, I saw that they did not have the medium size drink I asked for in place of the small for my aggravation and the rudeness of the manager. The manager on duty literally pushed the girl out of the way and practically yelled at me that the other manager wasn’t even working today and that I could take that drink or move on. This is after I had already given them back the incorrect drink. He said if I didn’t like it I could call the company and pointed to a sticker on the window. I told him to close the window so I could write it down which I did. I went to the parking lot and called the number. I would have been inconvenienced regardless, but the surly rudeness was more than I was...

BURGER KING CORPORATION IS GREEDY. YOU WANT US TO PAY $5 + dollars for a regular double cheeseburger with stacker sauce aka stacker melts but when we realize its the same thing as a double cheeseburger basically you say you can't add stacker sauce for what reason? You can add bbq sauce or hot sauce on your cheeseburgers but not stacker sauce MCDONALDS has no problem adding MAC SAUCE to any sandwich even a cheap $1 regular cheeseburgers Like y'all can't charge us 50 cents for sauce cuz you're more worried about getting that extra $2-$3 for the special sandwich with different bread. If the sandwiches were decent sized fine its worth it but they're small like regular cheeseburgers. Y'all advertising food that appears to bigger than it is, guess that's why yall facing a lawsuit for false advertising related cuz ya get a small cheeseburger for special sandwiches, instead of like whopper size which aren't much bigger anymore.
