I absolutely LOVED my experience at Rowan. I got the single upper helix, mid helix, and conch all in one visit and it was absolutely perfect! The staff was so kind and knowledgeable and they really let me take my time deciding what I wanted and made sure I was comfortable. The only downside is that it’s expensive but you’re paying for quality so you can’t really complain. I paid about $350 which included 2 piercing services (1 was free because the nurse was training on the conch style), 3 pieces of jewelry (pure gold and gold covered titanium), cleansing spray, and the tip! We tried a tattoo shop first with my 8 year old daughter because I wanted a needle used for getting her ear lobes pierced, but she was not comfortable with the piercers and they had no interest in trying to make her comfortable. The next day (today) we went to Rowan for a needle piercing and our experience was 1000% better. Cute shop, friendly staff, cute jewelry and our nurse Carissa made her feel so comfortable! What a wonderful experience! As soon as I entered I was greeted and helped by a lovely staff member who held up different earrings to my ear so I could decide what stud to get. My piercer was nurse Sam, and she was so friendly and caring. I got a needle piercing and she was quick, efficient and helped me through the whole process.
