Milano Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Guilderland

I drive for door dash and I am just pleased with my experience for Milano Pizza.

I arrived on time for the order of one pizza and two trees of wings. The application indicated to pick up the order by 153 pm. That indicates that the customer service associate registered in the door dash application that the food would be ready at 1:53 p.m..

At 151 the customer service associate just started making the pizza and said sorry a couple times sarcastically. That is indicative of a very shady business practice and my guess is an emotional decision not to start the order for the pizza until the delivery driver arrived.

That is a kin to stealing a person's time and any money that would be associated with that.

I could have waited two or three minutes for the food to finish cooking however I could not wait 10 to 12 minutes for the entire pizza to be made and then cooked.

My best guess is the leadership does not have enough spiritual energy in order to simply cook and make a pizza at the time the person specified for and is dependent on stealing emotionally and spiritually from a delivery driver. The store was not busy.

I personally would not eat any food prepared or created by Milano Pizza.

I interacted politely honestly and kindly as with all of my transactions. That to me is a nasty way to treat people who are simply attempting to burn money for food clothing and shelter.

I am a Christian and I am grateful for what this experience...

I don't like to be too critical. But I expected more. The pizzeria itself had little to no A/ C while I waited. The collection of dead flys in the window was a unexpected . The people are working there are friendly the menu is extensive. I was underwhelmed by the product served. They look ever busy so perhaps this is a singular point of view. I do have a standard for any food service location that it be spotlessly clean from the front door, windows, floors tables, counter. Having once worked for a States Restaurant Association scheduling the Serve Safe Food handling training . I am not one to ignore possible problems. I wish the business well and hope you enjoy...

This is (was???) my favorite pizza place I’ve found so far in not only Albany, but Troy and Watervliet as well. However, the last time I ordered (probably a month ago) it was as if it came from an entirely different pizza place. I was so confused I even called to make sure it is still the same ownership (they said it was). I’m still giving you guys 5 stars because the other 20 times I’ve ordered from you everything has been perfect. I just hope this was an off day!! Will find out very soon as the only reason I made this review was because I googled the number to make an order.

UPDATE: Ordered again, everything is back to normal. Best normal cheese...
