Customers beware! Such horrible service. Used the online ordering app menufy and somehow the order was recived incorrectly. Called to explain that the order was incorrect and owner was down right ridiculous. Very obnoxious as i tried explaining what had happend and then told me i could pay for another order out of pocket. Absolutely ridiculous. I had a copy of the order on my phone, he refused to look at it. He actually attempted to rip the order i already paid for out of my hands. A screaming match ensued and the owner actually came from around the counter screaming in my face after which i left with my incorrect order. The owner then called my cell phone to tell me that he spoke to menufy and that the order showed it was made for no cheese. He then proceeded to tell me that he wanted us to know that he was not wrong and how inappropriately we acted in his business. Then made sure to tell me not to order from them again, as if that was going to be an option after this experience. He then told me i was able to call menufy myself to find out that i was wrong. Which i happily did and the wonderful folks at menufy apologized for our experience and refunded the entire order with no problem at all. So thank you Paulie for making my pizza place choices easier since i don't have to choose your establishment as an option. I answered his phone call after getting the pizza with no cheese and he was clearly more concerned about being right than investing in customer service. I am the one who spoke with menufy, and surprise, the "mistake" was made on their end! They gladly refunded the money no questions asked, so basically I didn't have to pay for the pizza anyway. Sidenote, I didn't want a new pizza for free, I just wanted to have cheese added to the pizza I already paid for, (since it was the same price with or without cheese)...you were rude from the time we called on the phone to explain what happened up until the point you called back after he had left the store. You sir are a disgrace to business owners everywhere! I also love how you make it a point to say how unwelcome we are to order from you! Read moreProbably the worst customer service I have seen. Very rude and unprofessional. Judging by responses from other negative reviews it really shows how unprofessional they are. Went in with a 50% off coupon from restaurant.com which they apparently don’t accept. The lady (manager) told us they stopped accepting them at the end of last year which we went in last year with one as well and was told they didn’t accept them at that point either. She said it was a scam and they took their logo but not sure how it’s a scam when you were accepting them? Maybe do something to have it removed then!? She said imagine how we feel…there’s nothing I can do and was rude. You should be concerned a little more about the customer and customer service. So I turned to my girlfriend and said maybe we should start going elsewhere as we were about to pay for our order. We were then told just leave now and go somewhere else. So as regular customers we left and went to Caputos just down the road where the customer service was absolutely amazing, friendly and the food was great.
