Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Hamburg

Order said it was delivered and was not. When the store was called to address the issue, they claimed the order was delivered to the correct address and did not want to take responsibility for it. They were unprofessional handling the issue and talking about me “being pissed” when the driver kept being adamant they delivered to the right house and then described a house and yard that doesn’t match the description of any house on my street. They wanted me to walk around my neighborhood to go look for the food on someone else’s door step and someone in the background said to send the driver to pick up the order and bring to the right house. At that point the food would be about an hour old. I would have liked a remake and re-delivery offer or a refund before feeling like I had to request this. I’ve had delivery to my address multiple times from this location and never had an issue with it never being delivered. Please utilize gps for drivers and train your staff on how to properly handle problems. Completely avoidable...

On Saturday, March 9, 2025, I placed an in-person order for pizza for my youth basketball team. Before paying, I realized there were daily deals that not only included the items I had ordered but also offered much more at a lower price. I asked the cashier if I could change my order to take advantage of the better deal. The cashier seemed agitated, walked away, and had a coworker revise my order. After paying, I was told it would take about half an hour. When I returned about 35-40 minutes later, the cashier informed me that he wasn't sure what happened to my food and that it was probably given away. I order either takeout or delivery from this Domino's either once a week or every other week. Philly cheese steak pizza is AMAZING! So cheesy and well cooked. Love the cheesy bread, garlic nugget things, and cinnamon twists. Delivery is great. Better than Doordash at finding my apartment and following instructions. Once after placing an order, they called me right away saying their driver was unavailable and asked if I'd be ok waiting about a half hour or so. Very polite.
