I didn't think it was common practice to blatantly ignore a customer standing at the pickup area when you're working behind a counter. This is the third time this has happened after placing an online order. I'm waiting behind 2 customers, but after they left I was the only one in there waiting. Then a group walks in and up to the register and they're immediately greeted? Am I missing something? They looked at me like I was nuts when I said "hello? Can I get my pickup order?"
