Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in Town of Hamburg

I didn't think it was common practice to blatantly ignore a customer standing at the pickup area when you're working behind a counter. This is the third time this has happened after placing an online order. I'm waiting behind 2 customers, but after they left I was the only one in there waiting. Then a group walks in and up to the register and they're immediately greeted? Am I missing something? They looked at me like I was nuts when I said "hello? Can I get my pickup order?" I did my time in food service as a teenager, I remember what it was like. I empathize to an extent but this truly baffles me. I know this is a smoothie place, but I got an offer for a free flatbread and decided to use it and did not purchase a smoothie. For a flatbread and bag of chips the cost is normally $7.79.
