Update: Air conditioning has finally been fixed. But it shouldn't have taken complaints to corporate & negative reviews to get it done.
Been going here since the store opened. Used to be great, rarely had any problems. But sadly the former owner (Mr.Clarke) passed away at the end of 2018. He was just a regular guy and cared very much about the customers and the employees. His sons tried to run it but it was eventually sold to LRE Enterprises Inc. It's been downhill ever since. cleanliness wasn't as good, they started running out of stuff more, food quality was less consistent. And they cut the channels on the TV to basic cable. Then we couldn't even ask for the channel to be changed anymore and were forced to watch News12. Still, I enjoyed the food and the employees were friendly. Even if I had to wait a little longer because the new owner was cutting hours. This past winter it was a little cold inside but it didn't bother me that much since I can tolerate the cold. But this past month was the final straw. There is barely any air conditioning inside the store. I have complained about it being too hot at least several times within the past week. I feel bad for the employees who try their best to make us happy they are sweating yet can't do anything I have been told because the owner is very cheap and controlling. Today I measured a temperature over 80 degrees inside. After my meal I had a terrible headache and felt sick I do not tolerate heat well at all. Now I know I will no longer be able to eat at this location unless it is a cool weather day. They were one of the first Arby's locations to open on Long Island after 2000. If the owner is reading these comments then he needs to stop being so cheap and start RESPECTING your hard working employees and loyal customers by making the experience at the standard and quality I expect from Arby's. That means adequate air conditioning, proper staffing levels, and consistent food quality. And allowing us to request another TV station instead of being forced to watch the same loop of news over & over again on News12. I never appreciated just how good we had it with Mr.Clarke. R.I.P. man I'm sorry for what the new owners did to your franchise you worked so hard to keep top notch. LRE Enterprises Inc you need to do right by Mr.Clarke! Until then I will be taking my business to the other Arby's franchise on Long Island, no one should have to sit inside a hot restaurant after spending over $50...

I live less than 5 minutes away when I sat down to eat THE SLIDER'S BUN WAS LIKE A ROCK & COLD MEAT, the "WAGYU BEEF ($10.99) was horrible McDonalds burgers taste better. fries were cold, the only decent thing was the orange shake HOWEVER the straw are horrible you cannot even get the drink up to your mouth because there is air going into the PAPER straw USELESS AND A WASTE. I HAVE TRIED TO CALL TO COMPLAIN NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE LAST NIGHT OR TODAY. I SAVE ALL THE FOOD THREW IT BACK INTO THE BACK AND HAVE TO BRING IT THERE TO DEMAND MY $17. 35 BACK. WON'T...

Last night I am watching television and I see that the fish sandwiches are on sale for two for six dollars.I called the Bellmore Arby’s and was told but they don’t follow the all the sale prices because they are a franchise. That’s not the only bad experience I’ve had there.
