This Baskin-Robins USED to be good, with decently-intelligent staff that spoke fluent English. Now, the new staff barely understand basic ice cream market terms (like "toppings", which isn't some made-em-up word, but a KNOWN term for anything that goes on icecream, used for DECADES! They kept thinking I said "chocolate"!) along with a tenuous grasp on English, they are ALSO incredibly incompetent, and don't listen to simple orders (unless it's coffee, apparently). Afrim, as nice as she is, is perhaps the worst one: She's slow-witted, forgetful (she constantly got my orders wrong), and barely knows typical ice cream lingo (like "toppings"). I am NEVER coming back to this Baskin-Robins EVER AGAIN, until they can hire...
