Town Bagel — Restaurant in Town of Hempstead

Update 5/16: I've tried for weeks to give the terrible service a chance to change but definitely hasn't! The lady at register, Evelyn, has the natiest attitude and is incredibly passive aggressive. She has been incredibly rude on several different occasions. It makes people not want to go back. Their pre-made stuff, they dont make enough. So when you ask for them to make it, they dont charge a pre-made price... sooo the price changes from pre-made to fresh made but it has the exact same ingredients! WHY!?! Definitely not using their catering services after terrible regular order experiences. Old review: Bagels are delicious but their staff leaves much to be desired. Been there multiple times and have been ignored by workers or had to wait for their personal conversations to end. Happened this morning AND the girl messed up my order after saying it 3 times! Ugh! If you'd rather spill tea and gossip all day then do not work in...

So many choices, I can't even begin to try and add all those details!!

Bagels are being brought out continuously, so you know they are fresh!

There are over 30 types of bagels, and a plethora of lox and other toppings.

Other options includes wraps, salads, paninis, and a kids menu.

Additionally, there are Wantagh, Bellmore and Plainview lunch sandwiches.

So many choices in such a neat and clean facility!

Despite the number of people there, the wait time was minimal - maybe 10 minutes in and out?

There was also a coffee bar as shown in one of my photos, along with other drink options ( we had drinks already, so I didn't get any there).

Staff that took our order followed us through the process, which was kind of neat because based on the number of customers, they had to recognize us by the time we reached the checkout...

If I could rate this place a zero I would. Always busy which you would think would be a good sign. But no, this is the third time I have waited 25-30 minutes for a simple order of Bacon Egg and Cheese on a roll and after waiting of course something is wrong with the order. This particular time they gave my order to someone else (they couldn’t find it until the person came back with my order) then they proceeded to give me food that someone else had in their possession. This place is just awful from every angle, And to top it off the food isn’t even great. Only reason I have come here is for convenience but this will be the last time I step foot in this establishment. The owner/ manager I don’t know his name or his title but his attitude is always “basically oh well we messed up” yet again.
