Mi Olivia Restaurant — Restaurant in Town of Hempstead

I been there twice the first time I will say,was ok,the food was good. I asked the waitress at what time they open she told me at 10am,so I decided to go back with my grandmother and grandfather along with my mother. When I arrived yesterday September 3rd at 10:20 the place was still closed,but kind it at the same time the person who work there open the door from inside the place; when she open she looked at me and turn around. I was with my two grandparents so I ask can I coming? And she ignored me totally. Was so disappointed how a woman with such as disrespect manners can work in a restaurant. So I can not imagine how she can treat customers,so where ever the food taste. We dont deserve to be treated like that any way there are so many restaurants around that can give you great food and better service. Came in tonight to have dinner there were only 2 tables with people at them when we were seated. People began to come in. We ordered food while we drank our Pepsi and sweet tea and ate chips waiting on our food to come out. We waited and waited and waited some more. Everyone who came in after us and ordered was served before us. I told the waitress to cancel our order and I'd pay for the drinks we had. This was a waste of time and to hear the excuse of I'm so sorry they got busy... just made me madder. I paid for our drinks and we left and went to LA Mesa where the food is always good and so is...

I arrived yesterday at the same time that the person who work there was opening the door from inside. She saw me through the glass door and turned around. I was with my grandparents and mother so I asked can we coming,and she totally ignored me. I couldn't believe such as disrespectful person work in the place.
