What I didn’t appreciate was the fact that, I walked in, waited in line, as I was supposed to. Picking up a take out order that I place. A guy walks in and goes straight to the counter, and it’s obvious he had a pick up order but there was a line after me. The woman at the counter completed with the person she was assisting, skipped me, to then help the guy who walked in, who was doing the same thing I was doing. So I said, I’m here for a pick up order under my name, she told me to wait a second, as she decided to help the guy who came in after me, Which is what pissed me off. Because an assumption was made that I was placing an order when in fact I was picking up an order and being courteous. Then ofc, they’re supposed to go over your order with you. She went over his order with him checked the pizza and all but just handed me my pizza. This was my first and last time at this location. They never cook it through so I asked for the pizza well done but she kept talking over me like yeah uhuh. So when I asked a second time just to make sure she got what I asked for, she put me on hold. After waiting 20 minutes just to place an order over the phone on hold. So I called again and she kept ignoring my call. I showed up in person and asked her directly why she can’t just take my order and she put her hand in my face and asked if I was done. She started serving other people in front of my face so I took a picture of her. Then she starts calling Maria from the back and followed me outside! Read moreIf I could give it, zero stars, I would. I never got my pizza on Super Bowl Sunday. I showed up for a 6:30 PM pick up waited about an hour and my name was never called. They had hundreds of orders on the queue and they had to deal with DoorDash/ GrubHub/ Uber eats on top of online orders. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and returned after the halftime show. When I gave them my name, they stated.” we haven’t seen that name all day and we don’t have that order.” What was the most frustrating is that the people working that day could not issue a refund or a credit until the very next day. I returned after the game for a full refund. At that time regional manager was there and apparently that’s the only person that can issue refunds.
