Carvel — Restaurant in Town of Hempstead

Went here a couple of months ago late at night for ice cream after a long shift at work. I arrived at 9 43 pm. The sign indicated the place closes at 10 pm. The door was already locked . I knocked on the door, and the cashier would not even acknowledge me after knocking on the locked door. She picked her head up and then looked away. I took a pic of the sign and a pic of my cars dashboard showing the time. I went back the next day for an explanation from the manager, and to my surprise, she was not there, and I was given an email instead. I sent 2 emails that went ignored . I made a 3rd trip to the store and saw her finally, and she advised that she never received the email and casually blew off the situation. Poor...

Very poor customer service atleast this night. I came in for bogo

1.they have 2 different prices advertised for the cups and kids cups are apparently not apart of it. Which unless told you wouldnt know. I asked when rung up if it was all bogo I was told yes .. only to get charged for both kids cups and 3 dollars more than I thought the large cup was bc of the double pricing. When I asked them why she didn't tell me when I asked if it was bogo she smuggly said she can't correct the mistake on their part. Absolutely ridiculous .

2.Why would I pay for 2 kids cups on bogo and instead of getting the small om bogo Wednesday very poor customer service and poor attitude by the employees...

I used to go here way back in the days. It was this older man in this old asian lady.. She wasn't like the new owner. The new only here is very pleasant and very sweet. Her hospitality is amazing. There are many varieties and all cakes are made fresh. I got most of my ice cream cakes here for various relatives birthdays. My daughter is a daily customer because she loves soft...
