Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Town of Hempstead

I had a disappointing experience at Chick-fil-A last week. I placed an order for a breakfast sandwich at 10:26 AM and scanned in at 10:31 AM, but despite the line of four cars in front of me, I was told I couldn't receive the sandwich because breakfast was over. The line was long and not moving, and I was stuck in it, so I couldn’t leave or go inside to clarify the situation.

I decided to try again the following week, hoping for a better experience. Unfortunately, I waited about eight minutes to receive my order, which was frustrating. I was excited about the convenience of being so close to home, but the service quality has made me reconsider. I’d rather drive farther to a different location that offers better service and more reliable hours.

I hope Chick-fil-A can improve their breakfast service hours and efficiency...

I am a big Chick-fil-A fan and I was super thrilled that there was a location opening up by the office. But my experience was beyond disappointing. I stopped by for breakfast and there was no line very empty. The place looked beautiful, but it took 3 minutes for someone to greet me in the drive through. I ordered 2 parfaits and a GRILLED egg white sandwich meal for my boyfriend. It took 10 minutes for the food to come out, and I was the only one there in line!!?? The hash browns were cold, the sandwich had the right sticker, but had FRIED chicken on the inside which was not what I ordered. There weren’t any sauces, McDonald’s down the road does a better job! We went through the drive thru on a Thursday night at 9pm. We were in the line for over 20 minutes. Our food was delivered to us while still in the line. We couldnt exit the lot since a vehicle was sitting at the window waiting to get their order prepared. Im unsure how they prioritize orders but they couldnt conjure the thought to have the vehicle move to a parking spot and let serviced customers leave. Meanwhile, we still waited in line for 10 more minutes after receiving our food. Space for an emergency lane seems highly necessary. Food itself was as expected. Drive thru attendants...
