Five Guys — Restaurant in Town of Hempstead

Five Guys? well, it's not a place where you go to save money. It is not a place for value. Shake Shack is a better value. No question about it however, Five Guys is it own thing Shake Shack does not have french fries that I want to bother eating but five guys french fries I could eat all day lol they are amazing! I go to the Levittown location of five guys and I think it's such a nice place. First of all the staff there whether it's lunch or dinner is always so nice! They're so accommodating and so sweet and they keep the restaurant so clean it's a pleasure to go there. I have to tell you, they cook the food just fine and they keep everything under control and they clean constantly so that you just feel that that they are proud of the restaurant and that makes me feel good when I go in there. I've been to the other five guys and Hicksville which is across the street from the Broadway Mall and I will tell you that it's not the same over there. Now the staff there is very very nice , I work near there so I do get to go there sometimes and I know that the people they're mostly young people who work there they're hard workers and they do try very hard and I have nothing bad to say about them at all but I don't think that the owners there really are watching what's going on as much as maybe the owners who are in Levitown do. But I digress… So I like five guys a lot like I said the french fries a crazy good. I just had it tonight and I'm still enjoying it now. Just writing about it and reliving experience lol so go there and tip generously because remember back when we couldn't go to any restaurants? Wenwere grateful when we finally could remember? I don't think we'll ever forget that so let's not forget it now. People work hard to make us happy. And we should reciprocate. OK let me start off by telling you I stopped eating hamburgers many years ago. They just weren’t tasting goods to me.. I used to love Eden deluxe hamburgers from the Atlantic diner in Queens but then one day hamburgers just didn’t taste right, so I stopped eating. I happen to go to five guys one day with my sister. Not sure if it was before or after her chemo treatment. She was feeling a little sluggish, so I got a small hamburger from them. Well that was it. I was addicted! Besides all the french fries they give you and the FREE peanuts. I don’t go crazy, maybe once a month I go and or have it take out and I really enjoy them. They taste amazing and they’re not dry. They’re the perfect size you can get anything added to it for free tomatoes, onions whatever you want they’ll add it...

just trying to grab a burger and leave how basic is that, the dude at night time two Sundays ago was extremely rude, worst customer service and doesn't trust the customer. he asked to see my ticket and i showed him the half ripped ticket i had with no number because that is how the cashier printed it out. he then rudely handed the order to me while yelling out loud all the ingredients i had asked for..like really? does everyone need to hear this. i then POLITELY asked for ketchup and he said there was already some inside my bag. when i got home there was no ketchup that was me trusting the employee and yet he cant trust a customer when being told that was my order. i rather save my money. please show your employees how to do basic...
