I have been a domino’s customer all my life and I have never had such bad service and experience at your Front street location in Toronto. I work in the entertainment industry and constantly tour on the road with concerts and TV show. I’ve order from them 3 times in the last few years and I’ve consistently gotten some of the worst food products I’ve ever received. Tonight, after a 14 hour work day I wanted domino’s. I am staying at the intercontinental Toronto, 5 minutes down the road from dominos front street. The order took about an hour to leave the store, then when it did leave the store, I received a text at 21:04 saying my driver was on the way. 20 minutes go by and he’s not arrived at the hotel…the hotel that’s 5 minutes down the road. So I called the restaurant, it rang 7 or 8 times, employee answered it, and immediately hung up. I call back, same thing again. I call three more times and no answer. I finally get through to them at 21:38 and they give me massive amounts of attitude and disrespect claiming that the order should already be there. Another 10 minutes go by and it’s finally here. I bring the pizza up to my room and it’s burnt to a crisp. I have never been so disappointed and angry at a pizza location than I am right now. The staff at that location has been consistently disappointing and disrespectful for at least two years. This needs to change. I will not be going back to this front street location again until corporate comes in and cleans up the mess of management in this location. Read moreShame on me for ordering from this domino's more than once let alone the 20-30 times I have. They are the SLOWEST DOMINO'S EVER. Consistently over an hour delivery time! This is not a joke. I live 8 minutes away, I always tip 4$ and am only ordering a pizza a salad and the cookie/brownie. I live .2 miles closer (yet 1min drive further) to them than another domino's in Bellmore but my app won't let me order from Bellmore. I even tried calling Bellmore to deliver from them (which would still suck cause I would not get the online purchase points) and they are not allowed to deliver to me because I am in the uniondales territory. I'm angrily writing this, still waiting for my pizza I ordered at 7:14pm, it's 8:40 now! This is a new record, but it's consistently over an hour. Shame on me for ordering from them. I seriously could have walked there and back and ate the food in this time, it's 1.9 miles away! Please boycott this domino's. I'm going to start after this order. Never again. This is insane. Corporate should shut them down for tarnishing the domino's name. When I'm at my parents in Rockville center the oceanside domino's which is 2 miles away delivers consistently 30-35 minutes. I've never had this problem with any other domino's ever. I'm surprised my pizza isn't moldy by the time it gets here. I love domino's but hate this store so so so much. If you read this all thank you for listening to me rant. I'm running on two and a half hours of sleep and should of known better that if I wanted a quick bite, than I should of orderered anything else...
Read moreI live in a townhouse house with an accessible pedestrian gate and the delivery driver Zibon Ali arrived at 11:04pm and refused to get out his car and deliver my large order to my door. Stated he do not get paid enough to come to my door. When I threatened to cancel my order because of his lack of service and report him, he said he did't care because he still get paid for his trip rather I took the order or not. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE SERVICE. I called the 935 Front St, Uniondale, NY location that dispatched my order and advised them of my experience, they didn't even offer me and apology for how the driver treated me.
When I went back to the app to report my issue, it only bribed me with 60 points or 20% discount on a regular price menu item which I declined both offers because I was insulted by both the offer and the service. !!!WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION and in all my years of eating Dominos, I believe I could actually no longer support this franchise as a result of this service. Based on the driver and the store location response to my issue, you can tell Dominos really don't care about the poor customer service their locations offer and the solution is just to throw a discount or pie at it to try and make it go away.
