AVOID THIS PLACE - unless You Enjoy Being Talked Down To and Overcharged.
I used to be a regular here, but after today, I’ll never step foot in this deli again. The owner is one of the most arrogant, disrespectful people I’ve ever dealt with in any business.
My meal included a small coffee, and I asked to upgrade to a medium. Instead of charging me the 75¢ difference (which is basic customer service 101), he tried to charge me the full $2.00. When I explained it—clearly, more than once—his response was “It is what it is.” No apology, no reasoning, just smugness.
Eventually, after I insisted and explained it again to his employee, they gave me the difference back. But then the owner looked me dead in the face and said sarcastically, “Do you want our tip money too?”
I was standing there with my wife and our baby. That’s the tone and disrespect I got in front of my family.
Disgusting attitude, zero professionalism, and no sense of how to treat loyal customers. This isn’t a one-off — this is how the place is run. They’ve lost me and every one of my coworkers who used to order lunch here.

Read moreThird time i have seen the back kitchen working using no gloves. Touched bread cut vegetables and other items with bare hands. I asked if the back wears gloves he said yes. Then i brought this issue to his attention and changed his answer to " deli workers are different than fast food and restaraunt workers and dont have to wear gloves. They wash their hands". Must be some quiet sink in the back because i heard no water being run. And anyone with a servsafe certification or knowledge of the food industry should know to always wear gloves and be changed with products. Any deli i have been to they always use gloves. Love the sign that says "eating uncooked or raw product is risk to foodborne illness". Maybe thats because your kitchen staff doesnt wear gloves? Also was charged for extra ham and add swiss cheese. Read moreAs usual an unpleasant experience. I went in and am only customer. Worker behind counter is writing check for delivery driver and telling him how he hates people. I stand at counter until he finishes and acknowledges me. I give him my order and he then turns around and says hey where's my counter help. Apparently on the phone. He makes my sandwich and then rings up an extra item. I pointed it out to him and he didn't say a word, just retotalled the bill and told me price. I paid and left. Not a sorry, oops my bad or anything. I feel he got pissed at me for catching him overcharging me. Mistakes happen but usually they come with an acknowledgement.
