Ginger Flower Restaurant — Restaurant in Town of Hempstead

Let me just first say that my family grandparents, parents and my friends ordered from here at least 1 to 2 times per week for the past year. After tonight none of us will be returning between the undercooked food, rude staff, and how they just down right handled the situation was a disgrace. I ordered the sweet and sour chicken with fried rice drive 15 minutes home to bite into my chicken and it's completely raw pink inside don't have to be a chef to know what undercooked meat is. Then we open the beef with broccoli container and it smelled rancid like the food went bad. To top tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and called them to see if I can get a refund or to replace the meal and I would bring my old combination plate in as it was untouched no food eaten out of it. First I get screamed at by the woman owner on the phone then her and her children berated me when I brought the food back in. Her daughter reached in and started touching the chicken pieces ripping them open with her bare hands and yelling at me telling me I don't know what cooked chicken is. She then repeated out my home address and said she doesn't care that we order from her. She replaces the meal refuses my refund and then in front of me cuts open a piece of chicken walks it over and says is this cooked enough for you ? To boot my grandparents ordered food from them separately from us tonight and got sick on the undercooked chewy sesame chicken. This place has truly turned into a dump and they definitely don't know how to handle their customers. Won't give them a dime more of my money. Save your stomachs and your money...

Won’t be ordering from here again Got my food 2 hours later after they told me 30 to 45 minutes they literally delivered to further locations when I’m three minutes drive away after checking on maps, then on their way back from these deliveries they deliver my food,after called in a second time to let them know my food was cold on delivery the lady very rudely insisted that they just made it so there is no way it is cold but again she told me it’s busy so they had to deliver to the people that ordered first even though they live a lot further than me over all if you want to own a business know how to take care of your customers this is not my first issue or problem with them but this will be my last because I will never order...

Really really bad food! This might be good Chinese food for the location given the lack of competition, but I would recommend any Chinese restaurant in Queens over this place. I ordered a general tso's chicken and pork fried rice with a wonton soup. The wonton soup wasn't bad (just lacking flavor), but the chicken appeared to be previously cooked and just reheated with some sauce when I ordered. However, the pork fried rice was awful. It was just yellow rice with onions and small pieces of pork. I took two bites and threw it away. I will not recommend and will definitely...
