Honestly I actually use to enjoy eating from here . The last several times I got my same order I always get shrimp Alfredo penne I had multiple incidents , piece of metal in my food called about it , hair in my food called about it , being overcharged called about it to let them know make them aware not even to ask for my money back didn’t even get offered a new meal and I still supported them , just attempted to order my usual and of course I ask for the price since I’ve been getting charged sometime 30 bucks for my once 18 bucks meal and I know it’s not delivery . I got a free soda when offered something free just because it wasn’t about that and I like the food and just want them to be more mindful . Spoke to a Lilian she said she was the manager . Disgusting employees, for starters a pizza place that’s not Italian is the first mistake. A delivery driver delivered my food elsewhere then picked it back up and bought it to me cold and my soda and garlic knots weren’t included. I had to wait til the next morning to call and they are just so nasty ! A Hispanic man w a heavy accent said “the boss don’t wanna refund I’ll bring you more pizza in 1 hour bye” and hung up. 3 hours later I went up there and asked for my refund and got some girl w some attitude talking about “we called you last night” only the cashier speaks English and I wasn’t leaving until I got my money. Yeah I think they must’ve changed owners or something cause the past 2 times I’ve ordered from them was actually ridiculously bad. Both food & price. Just yesterday I ordered a salad & 5 wings & paid exactly $30. The salad was old lettuce(brown, soggy & warm), the chicken was grey like it was out for days. The wings were just terrible & they didn’t even put the Buffalo sauce. They put it on the side. & it didn’t matter because both tasted terrible.
