Dining at Ondas by Fuego was an experience I’ll be raving about for a long time. From the moment we arrived, Sergio made us feel like honored guests. He was attentive, genuine, and full of great recommendations. You could tell he truly enjoys creating memorable moments for his guests, and it elevated the entire night. As for the food absolutely exceptional. We started with the nachos, which were beautifully layered with guacamole, pickled onions, and crema bold, fresh, and perfect for sharing. The tacos were full of flavor and paired great with the light, crisp jicama salad topped with radish, pomegranate seeds, and green apple. The grilled fish was a showstopper perfectly cooked and presented with a zesty citrus sauce and a refreshing cucumber-tomato salad on the side. The steak was juicy and charred to perfection, served with what might be the creamiest green mashed potatoes I’ve ever had and a bright chimichurri sauce that tied everything together. And the cocktails? Just stunning. Visually beautiful, balanced in flavor, and clearly crafted with care. The ambiance was vibrant yet intimate great lighting, music, and energy throughout the space. Every detail, from the plating to the playlist, was on point. Sergio truly brought everything together. His service was warm, professional, and made the evening feel like something special. I’ll definitely be back and asking for him by name.

Went there with my wife Saturday night. We really liked the atmosphere and the music. It was great at first. For appetizers we got the corn gnocchi and beef flautas, which I would highly recommend. I also got the yellowfin tuna tiradito, there was too much of their habanero sauce and I couldn't even taste the fish... Ok For mains, my wife got a flatiron steak, also ok, and I got the short ribs which I was very disappointed with. The meat was very soft, but it was dry and had no flavor, unless I mixed it with the the mole and guac, but then I still wasn't tasting the short ribs. We didn't finish everything so we got it to go, and they gave it to us in a Thank You shopping bag, which is fine, but for an upscale place I would expect more. The music also got progressively louder as the night went on and my wife and I were yelling at each other across the table. If I'm in a club ok, but we're trying to eat dinner and not go home with ringing ears. After that it took so long for the waiter to come back to ask about dessert we just decided to get the churros to-go... When we got home to eat it, one of the sauces they sent with it had MOLD in it!! The idea is there, but the execution is poor. I liked the experience, but there is a lot of room for easy improvements.

I recently visited Ondas by Fuego, and while the food and service were top-notch, there were a few areas that fell short. Let’s start with the good: the food was absolutely amazing! Every dish was bursting with flavor, perfectly cooked, and beautifully presented. From the appetizers to the desserts, everything was delicious and exceeded my expectations. The service was also fantastic—our server was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu, which made the dining experience even better. However, there were a couple of downsides. First, we had to wait an hour to get a table, which was frustrating, especially since we had made a reservation in advance. Once we were seated, things went smoothly, but that long wait dampened the excitement a bit. Secondly, the bathroom was not as clean as it should have been, which was disappointing in an otherwise well-maintained establishment. Overall, Ondas by Fuegos serves incredible food and offers great service, but I hope they address the wait time and cleanliness issues in the future. I’d still recommend it for the food alone, just be prepared for a bit of a wait!
