Ralph's Italian Ices & Ice Cream — Restaurant in Town of Hempstead

i frequently visit your store, just a couple things i want to bring to your attention as i would like to know also.

please tell your employees to close the freezer doors after scooping, literally every door is left open and when they serve the ices it’s like mashed potatoes. This isn’t just once this is all the time.

I understand online orders come in, but when you have a line of people, your employees should be dedicated to just the customers in the store. Like seriously, who cares about the DoorDash guy you have people holding money in front of you doesn’t make sense. People on line get annoyed including myself. when I visit the Merrick location, none of this happens the employees are on top of the customers immediately and all doors are closed and ices are served hard

The service is ok and the place is clean. However, it has fallen off over the years. This is the third time they were out of the chocolate chip mouse. I ordered the chocolate peanut butter cup. It was disgusting. There was a glob of hard peanut butter the size of your fist in it. I had to throw it in the garbage. And my wife’s chocolate chip was a little freezer burned.
