Carvel — Restaurant in Town of Hempstead

So i was in one day ago for a small vanilla cup. Discussed with staff how quality of E Meadow Carvel has decreased. I inquired about single vanilla flying saucers that are bad in E Meadow. They said they have them in the back all the time. Here now 6/26/25 at 840 pm and told no single flying saucers and they usually don’t have them. So why lie to me. Another bad Carvel. O well.

Response to owner I am very accurate. You should be accurate. When I was in your store your employee said there was always singles in the back. I came to your store and there were no singles in the back In your response to me you write that your store will always open a six pack and make singles. I was there last night and that was not done and the person did not say no six packs. She said we don’t sell singles period. So you should be accurate. You say you are a training store You should train to be consistent. You trained the East Meadow store and they are terrible which is why I came to your store and found out that what you say and what you do there is not consistent. I went to the Merrick mall Carvel right after your Carvel. I got two delicious flying saucers that was so good I ate them both and will go back for more today. I had an amazing experience at this Carvel!! I called to place two cake orders. Brianna assisted me over the phone. I wasn’t sure what I wanted and she waited while I looked on their website. She was so patient!! Once I decided and the order was placed, which one cake was for my daughter’s college graduation, she called me back to ask if I wanted the school colors for the piping. It was something I hadn’t even thought of. When she called me back she knew exactly what the colors were for UMD. I so appreciated her personal touch! So sweet! So thoughtful! When I went into pick up the cakes I met Amanda who also worked on my order she too was so kind. Dan the owner should be so happy with his staff.
