Silver Point Beach Club — Restaurant in Town of Hempstead

My family has gone to Silver Point for nearly 50 years. This private beach offers some of the most space among other Atlantic Beach Clubs. It is kept up relatively well which is hard given the size of this club.

The Cabanas are pretty spacious for a beach club and the corner Cabanas are awesome!

This beach club has a lot of amenities to offer, including a cafeteria, gaming room, softball field, paddle ball court, basketball courts, large and kiddie pool, swing set, and so much more!

They are pretty strict with letting guests in and it has gotten tougher over the years so don't expect to be able to just walk on from another beach...

It was my first time at Silver Point Beach Club. I found the layout was spacious and the people were friendly. There's enough room on the sand, or on solid ground, to set out chairs and a table. The cabanas have different layouts. Some provide a mini kitchenette with a sink, stove, and a refrigerator. There's an area for grilling away from the cabanas but within a short walking distance. Amazing place! So clean! So nice! So friendly! Kids loved it! We loved it! The place is well kept, the people are so polite, respectful and friendly. So rare to find a place in NY where you can just leave your belongings for the duration of your beach stay, and when you return everything is exactly as you left it. Know of such a place ??
