This location is the least friendly and unaccommodating to their customers. First, the barista told me they don't honor the points for free items or beverages. She loudly stated this policy twice to me, as if I didn't hear her. She said "You must have a minimum of 150 points to redeem in order to receive a free item". Therefore you can't get a free hot coffee or tea at the tier of 50 points. So I said OK, then can I will order the new cookie crumble flavor Iced Frappuccino. Unfortunately, the barista said they were out of that flavor. I really wanted to try this new flavor. So I asked if I can get a cup of ice water. She told me, No sorry, I can't do that. *Other Starbucks' locations will gladly give you a free cup of ice water. When has this policy changed? So lastly, I asked if I could purchase a cake pop. Unfortunately, she said they were out of the particular cake pop I wanted. The cake pops were all on display in the case but she said they only had a flavor left that I didn’t like. I didn’t buy that cake pop either. So, I decided I would just buy a packaged cookie. I handed the cookie to the barista and I pulled up the Starbucks app on my phone. The barista said “Sorry I can’t scan the app”. *She didn’t offer any explanation as to why this couldn’t be done. Other Starbucks locations have easily scanned the barcode on the app right from my phone. So, I didn't make a purchase at all and just left the store. This location was not particularly busy at the time either. However, the barista went out of her way to give a group of rowdy teenagers napkins, when they came to the counter and asked her in a very abrupt manner. These guys didn't even make a purchase at Starbucks. They were sitting at a table eating outside food purchased at Target. I understand this Starbucks is located within the Target store, but it should stay true to Starbucks' regular standards and practices. Not being friendly or accommodating (especially to loyal members) is not the way to treat customers in...
Read morethe skinny guy with the beard is so incredibly rude. he made me feel unwelcome and as if i was the most stupidest person on earth. i couldn’t wait to leave because i was almost scared of him. his co worker kept giving him this look as if i was stupid and almost making fun of me. he kept sighing and shaking his head when i handed him the money. i said sorry because he made it seem like i made the biggest inconvenience for him to take my order. i ordered the most simplest drink with no extra anything, so it wasn't a hard drink to make. my school is right next to this target so i go with my friends all the time to this Starbucks. every time i go i always hope he’s not working because he is incredibly rude and snobby to us. i never felt the need to complain about him, but i have never experienced worst customer service in my life. he is like this to all of my friends and all of them have felt...
Read moreSo I went to the Starbucks in target in Levittown on 1/6 around 10:30 am. I ordered a venti carmel macchiato and it tasted like I was drinking straight coffee, no hint of caramel or creamy taste. So I told the young lady if she could add something to sweeten it, and she said it's usually a charge. I never experienced difficulty from a bartista correcting a drink they made poorly. I didn't ask her to remake it which I could of, so she has some nerve. She needs to get some all around training on what customer service should be like working...
