Subway — Restaurant in Town of Hempstead

So I went to this subways today 2/18/22 to get some cookies because I'm not a big fan of their sandwiches anymore. The guy working here today when I arrived around 630-7pm was clearly having a bad attitude. I have a strong belief if you don't want to work then don't go to work. If a customer is asking for something specific that THEY'RE PAYING for then he/she should recieve what they're asking for. I'm spending my money at this business and you as a worker deny's what Im paying for doesn't benefit the worker in any way. Your paycheck doesn't go up or down because I want something specific. You still get your same paycheck and I'm getting what I paid for. I literally go in here all the time to get chocolate chip cookies and the guy refused to give me the cookies I wanted. Why??? My question is what are you there for? What are you getting paid to do if you refuse to serve a customer? This was a older man so I can't even say that there is something wrong with the younger generation not wanting to work because this person was NOT young. He was much older and clearly miserable. I personal now have no reason to ever go back there. Can't deal with workers that are getting paid and they don't want to work smh. Tried to give this place a chance after the last 2 times I visited and had to walk out because I was not being helped. The people behind the counter just ignore you until they’re ready. I told myself third times the charm and there was no other subway nearby so I tried one last time. The tomatoes needed to be thrown out, the onions looked dry, and I told the man behind the counter what I wanted THREE times. He just stared at me and finally asked if I was ready? Like seriously I’m just sitting there telling you what type of bread,meat, and cheese I want for no reason at all 🙄. Just ridiculous! Went in with a coupon for 3 footings for $19.99. They don’t accept it. Fine. No Swiss cheese, also fine. The lettuce is all brown, the guy literally puts 8 leafs of spinach on each footlong, barely and cucumbers, peppers etc. at this point I’m like whatever. Then…. $39 for the 3 footlong sandwiches! I almost left and walked to Burger King. All in all, gross produce, lack of putting (what I think is a normal amount) produce on.

There used to be a guy here who was awesome and amazing, coupon or no coupon.
